This position will support the PMO lead of this program in defining and executing subcontract/supplier strategies, structuring processes to aid the Subcontract/Supplier support to the program and developing the strategic sourcing support to ensure a strong supply chain. Integration with program & sourcing leadership teams will be required and travel to remote sites/suppliers will be required. Lead the Sourcing/Subcontract Material IPT team. This assignment will be focused on proposal execution and lead into program execution. This position will also be responsible for the following efforts/tasks: 1. Tasks: - Ensuring EVM improved execution for supply chain/Subcontract execution. - Assessing Supply Chain risk mitigation efforts and processes for cost opportunities/risk and trends to ensure material cost commitments are met. - Aid in process development for successful program execution for Sourcing. - Drive the supply chain and Material IPT to ensure we drive for affordability of products/services procured. - Developing sourcing business rhythm for program/proposal and ensuring the successful EVM by ensuring Sourcing meets cost and schedule commitments as defined by EVM. - Implementing new tools required to improve EVM and metrics monitoring for program. - supporting member or lead of the Material EVM execution for program and ensuring successful audit results by DCMAO/customer/LM Corporate office. -defining and executing a risk mitigation plan for this new supply network for work never done in LM. Ensuring material flow to Operations to ensure smooth material deliveries to our factory needs. 2. Business Relationship Development/Strategic Planning & Partnering: - Improving Subcontract Management Plan generation and execution, considering EVM and strategic supply chain execution and affordability. - Documenting a strong Sourcing BOE for labor at proposal stage based on historical data and program expectations - Aid in the PPMP roll-out. - Implementing how to mitigate program risks for any core/critical suppliers/subcontractors across LOB. - Supporting a target pricing process and establishing processes and metrics to ensure smooth transition and improve program performance in building management reserve/EBIT opportunities. Align with proper EVM reporting. .
