Responsibilities and Requirements : The role of the analyst is to ensure that any inquiries regarding fees and the Fee System from clearing firms, members, other external customers and other CME Group departments are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The analyst will work closely with other departments as needed to understand and document business requirements for new initiatives and Technology to implement and test those initiatives. Other areas of responsibility include:Understanding and explaining fee policiesAnalyzing fee adjustments and trendsResearching disputed charges and processing rebate requestsMaintaining products, rate tables and targeted incentive programs to ensure that fees for trades processed through the CME Group Clearing House are accurately calculated and billedCoordinating fee system training and maintaining system/process documentationTracking customer feedback for potential system enhancementsPerforming user acceptance testing of fee system modifications.

Requirements :BA/BS Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field5 years minimum experience in accounting and fees or similar areasStrong presentation and business writing Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business concepts and technologiesExcellent communication both verbal and writtenAbility to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the companyTeam player/self motivated and flexible in achieving deadlinesAn understanding of financial markets preferredKnowledge of PeopleSoft a plusCME Group cmegroupis the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange.
