Responsibilities and Requirements : OfMaintenance(Click on job title to view job description)The Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors is in search of a full-time Superintendent of Maintenance to plan and coordinate activities concerned with the design, construction, modification and maintenance of County buildings. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Trades or related field and at least 4 years’ related experience in complex institutional heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, detention equipment, surveillance, elevator and fire alarm systems or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Must be able to supervise staff and prepare annual department budget. Valid Iowa Driver’s License required. Salary range: $48,657-$67,913 along with great benefits.
