Responsibilities and Requirements : Managing Attorney - Volunteer Lawyers ProjectThe candidate will provide leadership and management for the Volunteer Lawyers Project. Responsible for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with the private bar and operating the Volunteer Lawyers Project that serves over 2000 clients per year with volunteer lawyers. Will supervise pro bono unit staff in the Multnomah County office, volunteers and law students. In addition, will provide compliance and reporting assistance to the Central Office and participate in regional coordination of pro bono efforts with adjacent legal services offices. Keeps current on the law applicable to priority pro bono practice areas and carries a small case load toward that end.
