Assists work teams in developing performance objectives which are aligned to site goals. Monitors performance against safety, quality, and productivity standards. Coordinates operations, maintenance and engineering resources to ensure targets are met. Provides ongoing formal and informal feedback to direct reports. Utilizes situational leadership and reward/recognition systems to maximize the potential of all team members. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Technical AptitudeResponsible for all aspects of operating and maintaining production equipment. Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures. Troubleshoots equipment problems, and suggests potential solutions  to optimize throughput. Capable of independently coordinating and completing optimization activities, in a multi-shift, shared ownership environment.
