Responsibilities : As a hands-on Technical Writer, you will help track milestones, write and monitor documentation as needed. include creating technical writing deliverables for company systems, applications and departments. Review documentation deliverables to ensure quality delivery and timing of project schedule. Work with department associates estimating project efforts and timelines. Ensure new publications are in accordance with established documentation procedures. Ensure any necessary internal process documentation. Familiarity is needed with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks as required. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Job Functions: 1. Participates in the effort of analyzing, recommending, writing, publishing and maintaining technical writing deliverables for current project. 2. Manages documentation as received from project leadership. 3. Reviews technical writing deliverables for consistent standards, quality and usability. 4. Manages documentation for timeliness, priorities and project schedule. 5. Current with technical communication practices and standards, and incorporates knowledge into project and day-to-day work. 6. Knowledge of documenting disciplines in the computing industry including software, hardware, project management, system design and multitasking with detail retention. 7. Participates in projects as needed. 8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements : BA in English, Technical Writing or related filed is required. 2. Three to five years of job-related experience. 3. Conceptual understanding of ELC process, business application functions, basic business knowledge and technical communication knowledge. 4. Excellent organization, written and oral communication , familiar with technical writing methodology, project management . 5. Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe products (Acrobat & RoboHelp) and screen capture software. 6. Ability to organize and prioritize workload, communicate effectively, sit for extended periods of time, use standard office equipment, and review and proof documents in normal office environment.
