Responsibilities : The Contracts Administrator will participate in key strategic initiatives, contributing directly to the organization's commitment to transform healthcare. Strong writing , commitment to brand excellence, effective prioritization and attention to complex detail are critical success factors to this role. Key Apply strong Contract analysis in developing new and revised Subscriber Certificates, Account Agreements (policy forms and contracts) and contract riders for all product lines and financial arrangements Support new business activity such as RFPs, business renewal and mandates by responding to non-standard benefit requests with expertise, producing required contract documents Ensure that Account Agreements, including Stop Loss and Performance Guarantees, are prepared and issued and maintained in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Utilize expert desktop publishing to create member and account documents representative of brand integrity and contract principles. Act as Department representative for key projects, including participating in the implementation of new products, product changes and corporate initiatives by analyzing changes, documenting impacts, and making updates to Product Master and BARS

Requirements :Intermediate skill in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel; experience with web-based applications, BARS, and/or desktop publishing preferred Ability to take accountability for assigned responsibilities through innovation, excellence in delivery and collaboration Excellent written and oral communication Strong analytical, research, and problem solving Excellent consultative with solution oriented resolutions Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously Commitment to quality and brand integrity Positive attitude and a proven team player who can collaborate while respectfully raising opposing ideas Excellent knowledge of Blue Cross Blue Shield product portfolio preferred Bachelor degree required; concentration in English or Communication preferred Five years professional experience in a business setting; healthcare field strongly preferred.
