Strong writing , commitment to brand excellence, effective prioritization and attention to complex detail are critical success factors to this role. Key Apply strong Contract analysis in developing new and revised Subscriber Certificates, Account Agreements (policy forms and contracts) and contract riders for all product lines and financial arrangements Support new business activity such as RFPs, business renewal and mandates by responding to non-standard benefit requests with expertise, producing required contract documents Ensure that Account Agreements, including Stop Loss and Performance Guarantees, are prepared and issued and maintained in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Utilize expert desktop publishing to create member and account documents representative of brand integrity and contract principles. Act as Department representative for key projects, including participating in the implementation of new products, product changes and corporate initiatives by analyzing changes, documenting impacts, and making updates to Product Master and BARS
