Responsibilities: Responsible for the analysis and dissemination of institutional data for internal and external purposes, including ad hoc requests from academic and administrative departments, college guidebooks, surveys, and other external agencies. 4. Responsible for data analysis and preparation of statistical findings and data reports, such as the BSC Factbook and data required for program reviews and external accreditations. 5. Coordinate the office's involvement in the Program Review process, including performing customized data analysis for academic programs, advising faculty on data required for self-studies and overseeing the administration of alumni surveys. 6. Serve as webmaster for the office, including preparing and posting data reports to the web. 7. Collaborate on research projects and other areas as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a field where quantitative skills are required. Knowledge of educational research and higher education reporting requirements is preferred. 2. A high level of attention to details is critical. Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills are required. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with mainframe and PC-based data management. .
