If selected, you will be joining a small team of very talented people, effectively getting in on the ground floor of a startup, but without the startup risks!What We Are Looking For- Proven experience designing dynamic website content- Experienced with Flash, AJAX and other web technologies- Expert with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator- Motivated, self-starter who meets deadlinesJob - Design website content using Flash, Photoshop, AJAX, etc- Design e-mail and traditional mail campaigns- Create data sheets, icons, etc as needed using Illustrator- Participate in meetings to review and analyze website and e-mail campaign analytics

Requirements : Bachelor or post-graduate degree- 3 years experience as web developer- Portfolio that includes web sites and flash workOther Useful Skills- Experience with PHP, OsCommerce- Experience with print media and Adobe Illustrator.
