Responsibilities : Senior Associate, Mergers and AcquisitionsThe candidate will assess transaction opportunities. Will be a key part of execution-focused deal teams with significant exposure to business segment senior leadership, transaction advisors and acquisition targets. Prepare and assess financial, qualitative and valuation analyses. Lead special initiatives for corporate senior executives. Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets. Develop other team members (training, coaching and mentoring). Conduct market and competitive research and analysis.

Requirements :The candidate should have a B.S./B.A. degree. An advanced degree (J.D., MBA, Master's degree) would be a plus. Must have 3-6 years of progressive M&A experience, transaction advisory services experience and/or investment banking experience. Prior due diligence experience is required, particularly financial due diligence. Should have strong finance, communication, valuation, qualitative and analytical. Healthcare industry knowledge preferred. Should have travel and work schedule flexibility.
