The purpose of the IQC is to provide technical experts to support US, coalition and Iraqi organizations conducting operations inIraq. The anticipated project is oneyear with twoone-yearoption periods.Principal Duties and :·Provide technical support services, reports, analyses, and supporting documentation on regional construction techniques, construction codes and sustainable design methods; managing construction efforts, to include residential and commercial building project management experience, general management, financial analysis and proposal development.

Requirements :5 five or more years experience working for a general contractor, large subcontractor or major independent construction manager.Ensure the ability to train others in overseeing construction process, scheduling, managing budgets, conducting inspections, resolving contractor disputes, mitigating cost over-runs, and conducting walkthroughs.Degree in Infrastructure Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other associated discipline is required.Arabic and or Kurdish language are required (at a DLAT 3 level), as well as English language .Previous work experience inIraqis required.Each BBA-SME will either be a U.S., Western-oriented professional with an Iraqi background or an Iraqi Citizen, committed to the reconstruction and development of a democratic Iraq.
