Responsibilities : Strategic Development •Develop and execute an annual internal and external communications plan and budget consistent with the strategic business objectives •Participate in the development of the sector’s communication strategies •Work closely with sector and corporate marketing and branding leaders •Manage external and internal speaking programs •Assist in leveraging company programs, policies, and resources to achieve the •Benchmark the sector’s communications strategies, positioning, platforms and messages against competitors as appropriate •Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s overall communications objectives Communication Implementation •Participate in developing messages; identify and develop communications platforms to display the company’s leadership and managerial excellence •Gather information for and prepare press releases; serve as a spokesperson in for media inquiries •Partner with Human Resources •Identify and schedule internal and external speaking opportunities for the sector president and other members of the sector Leadership Team •Coordinate development of executive-level remarks and support materials, and oversee event media and logistical requirements

Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred • Strong written and oral communications ; fluency in written and conversational English • Predisposition to proactive communications • Hands-on experience in the areas of communications, public relations, event management, and press and media relationships are essential. • Good understanding the positioning and sophistication of the brand, and be able to link all communications and public relation activities back to support the business and achieve commercial objectives. • Good interpersonal • Ability to build relationships and work effectively at all levels of the organization and to interact confidently with senior management • Ability to direct and manage outside writers/contributors/agencies.
