The Program Manager will be performing the following: Working closely with our customer in establishing priorities for performance of specific subtask Provide technical and advisory services in developing and presenting briefings, white papers, conducting customer liaison, and participating in technical exchange meetings, etc. Responsible for the overall program Other duties as assigned

Requirements :The selected Program Manager must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field or Business/Business Management with a minimum of 10 years of Engineering experience, demonstrating creativity and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving engineering problems. In addition, the selected Program Manager must have the following:a) Shall have had experience with multi-contractor teams/alliances during the ten (10) years of SIGINT engineering experienceb) Shall have a minimum of seven (7) years program management experience on government major programs.
