Responsibilities: The Office of Institutional Assessment is seeking a full-time assessment analyst to support the office with data analysis and survey research. He/she will be responsible for preparing survey data files, conducting analyses and drafting reports. This person will work with staff to ensure that final versions of web-based survey data are consistent and accurate. The analyst will participate in other assessment-related activities as assigned. The assessment analyst will report to the Director of Institutional Assessment, but will work closely with other members of the Assessment staff, particularly the Applications Analyst. Qualifications: The assessment analyst must have a masters degree, or equivalent experience, ideally in a social science/education field. Work towards a PhD is desirable. This individual must be familiar with SPSS and/or SAS, advanced Excel, have some coursework or work experience in statistical analysis, and must be able to conduct basic social science research. .
