Requirements: Experience assessing the Aeronautical Information System consisting of relevant airborne systems, relevant ground dependent systems and their related environment for data security; 2. Experience analysing Security issues in Avionics Networks and Open Source solutions. Experience configuring and running security tools, such as, Nessus, Wireshark/Ethereal, Netcat, Metasploit, Kismet & Airjack, Cain & Able/ John the Ripper highly desireable; 3. Knowledge of developing hardware and software complying security assurance developmental processes; 4. Technical cognizance in the following areas highly desirable: data communications systems and protocols, WLAN, LAN, TCP/IP, cellular protocols, IPv4/IPv6, digital voice and video technologies; 5. Embedded software and device driver development experience with C, C in Linux, VxWorks and WindowsXP environments; 6. Network security certification and/or experience with Common Criteria cerification desirable. Must be able to technically lead a team, develop and implement security related processes, present and advocate technical/security solutions to customers. This Senior Software Engineer will be a member of the Commercial Systems Information Management Software team. This position will give the selected candidate the opportunity to work on a variety of Information Management programs. Senior Software Engineer will contribute in the areas of Aeronautical Systems Security technologies and Information Management software development. Assignments will include developing software and analyzing data security issues for the (IMS6000/ 787 CoreNetwork / A350 FSA-NG) Information Management Systems. The ideal candidate would have the following demonstrated skills: 1.
