Our Ideal Candidate: - Create visually appealing, user-friendly conceptual designs for an addictive and captivating online experience. - Develop your designs into web pages using well formed XHTML and CSS. - Must be an expert with the tools of trade to get the job done efficiently. To join our team, we require that you are: - A UI design god with a great eye for color, typography and layout, with a proven track record. - Fluent in HTML/XHTML and have extensive knowledge of CSS and web standards, and you know how to rapidly develop CSS code. You are also familiar with debug tools like Firebug, and are familiar with cross-browser development, including IE rendering issues. - Have a strong understanding of website layout and usability, and you are an expert with the tools of the trade to create them. - Able to change direction and focus quickly without skipping a beat. - Willing to work in a fun but fast paced environment.
