Responsibilities: Manages the Incident Reporting System and any follow up investigation. - Assists with follow up with risk/quality issues. - Facilitates follow up on any root cause analysis and sentinel evens. - Supports the overall improvement strategies of the organization to support both clinical and operational excellence. - Serves as advisor on the interpretation of Joint Commission, DPH and CMS regulations as well as other regulatory agencies. - Conducts all FMEA's and follow through. - Support the Joint Commission initiative, and all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor of Science with a concentration in a Healthcare related field. Masters or JD preferred. Registered Nurse License is preferred.
