Responsible for facilitating process innovation, performance management, program assessment, and strategic planning initiatives. Analyzes, presents alternatives, makes recommendations and provides assistance for resolving issues in the areas of planning, performance, and process improvement. Essential Job Functions: Direct and manage performance improvement projects at the institutional, school and department level. Lead multiple, cross-functional and/or cross-departmental projects and initiatives. Develop project work plans and perform project management. Develop training for faculty and staff in performance improvement and evaluation. Communicate project status to sponsors, faculty, staff and students. Support and coordinate strategic planning, strategic management, performance management, and program assessment processes. Coordinate collection, organization, and management of institutional policies. Direct and support other projects as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BSN) in public administration, business, engineering, clinical nursing or related field Five years prior experience in a healthcare or service-related industry working with quality improvement related tools, performance improvement, strategic planning, program assessment, customer satisfaction survey administration and analysis, and change management. Minimum of two years experience facilitating small to large workgroups working on various types of performance improvement projects. .
