Responsibilities : Supervise staff with responsibility for their assigned programs and daily tasks.·Coordinate Working Together Team initiatives.·Ensure Tech Specialists and Analysts assigned to MS Customers act as the MCC focals for all customer communications·Develop and review all administrative responsibilities (i.e. work schedules, training, technical training) and standardized reporting.·Oversee and review all work instructions and procedures for Maintenance Service (MS) field personnel.Ensure Maintenance Control (MC) will meet/exceed contractual obligations.·Conduct internal service readiness meetings ensuring Maintenance Service (MS) is prepared to support contractual obligations.·Ensure the accurate monitoring of MS serviced fleet and system status on a daily or real time basis in order to facilitate specific maintenance planning ·Document daily the status of completion of all maintenance actions assigned during shift at 40 worldwide line stations.·Create/formalize all work instructions and procedures within the Operations Call Center & Maintenance Operation Center.·Ensure the appropriate elevation of issues within MS in order to quickly resolve technical or resource issues·Review and ensure end of month data reporting is accurate and complete to Finance on time.L

Requirements :·  Strong working technical knowledge of all Panasonic systems.  Must have a working knowledge of advanced schematics, blueprints, diagrams, component maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs and other technical documents. ·  Ability to make quick and decisive recommendations in regards to handling problem aircraft.·  Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international Civil Aviation Authority regulations.·  Ability to interface with technical field personnel.·  Proven communication : Interfaces with MS mid level and senior level management on a daily basis. May have occasional communication with customers.
