Responsibilities : Teach independent functioning and pro-social behavior by modeling appropriate social and professional behavior. Encourage positive communication with others. •Serve as a Mandated Reporter of suspicion of neglect or abuse. Notify the appropriate State Protective Service (Child or Adult) as appropriate. •Implement community integration activities under the direction of the assigned Behavior Analyst to assist the person receiving services with a variety of needs during activities. Assist the person receiving services in learning safe community behavior and community . •Observe, document and report changes in the condition of the person served to the Behavior Analyst/designee, teacher and other education or service team members as appropriate. •Provide intervention progress and status documentation in accordance with BMAC protocols.
