Responsibilities : A improve client satisfaction by creating an outstanding experience for margin users; and 2) boost revenue and profitability.Brief Description of Role:As a Senior Manager for Margin Products, you will be responsible for a variety of activities related to product management and marketing of the firm’s margin business.Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Carrying out day-to-day management of the margin loan product (analysis, development, marketing, training, launch/re-launch, etc.)Performing reporting and analysis of product metrics (e.g., revenue, usage).Supporting primary research to define target client attributes, capture client insights and explain linkages between market factors and product usage.Developing and implement projects to engage and educate field sales partners.Supporting collaborative initiatives with internal stakeholders, partners, compliance etc.Ensuring all outbound marketing, web, and sales activities are properly positioned and meet product objectives.Serving as subject matter expert for product, competitors’ offerings and clients’ product needs.Technical/Functional

Requirements :BA required; MBA desired; and 5-10 years of relevant product work experience (margin loan, trade, pricing products, etc) are required.Experience in Financial Services desired (required).Preference will be shown to candidates with demonstrated experience with trading products, margin or other lending products.Great verbal and written communication are keys to success in this role, as are very strong analytic .Exemplary Excel are a MUST, as is the ability to “say it concisely” in PowerPoint.Excellent project management , with 2-5 years of PM experience and a keen attention to detail.Work history demonstrating customer-centric perspective.
