Responsibilities : We are seeking a Research Associate III with extensive experience in mammalian cell culture, preferably some experience with hybridoma cells in an industrial setting.  Prior experience with hybridoma fusions (rat and mouse) will be an advantage. This position works closely with a scientist on a daily basis. He/she is expected to interact with Business Development, Operations and other departments within R&D.Subclone and scale up to 1L of hybridoma clones for antibody production.Troubleshooting of problematic clones to improve their viabilities and/or antibody yields.Assist with monoclonal antibody development, from fusion, screening, to final cloning, to generate and select stable hybridomas. Manage several projects simultaneously; be highly flexible and deliver results against aggressive timelines.We are seeking a Research Associate III with extensive experience in mammalian cell culture, preferably some experience with hybridoma cells in an industrial setting.  Prior experience with hybridoma fusions (rat and mouse) will be an advantage.

Requirements : Requires a bachelor's degree in a biological science. (equivalency?)A minimum of 5-8 years of mammalian cell culture experience is required.Prior experience rescuing cell cultures is preferred.Effective (written, verbal, listening) communication are necessary. This role communicates as well as, cross-functionally with various levels of managementAble to work both independently and as a team.Demonstrated ability to be well organized, and follow good documentation practices.Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to quickly familiarize with internal databases.Flexibility and a willingness to work with a winning team in a challenging and fast-paced research and development setting are essential.
