Responsibilities and Requirements : Mechanical Equipment Service Tradesmen must be qualified to perform and shall be allowed to perform the work listed below:Routine service and inspections, regardless of size or location of the HVAC mechanical equipment being inspected or serviced, where this work is done as a periodic and routine procedure by the Employer, such as:Filter changing and service thereof;Oiling and greasing;Belt adjusting or replacement;Cleaning of cooling towers coils, evaporator and condenser tubes.Mechanical Equipment Service Tradesmen must be qualified to perform and shall be allowed to perform the work listed below:Routine service and inspections, regardless of size or location of the HVAC mechanical equipment being inspected or serviced, where this work is done as a periodic and routine procedure by the Employer, such as:Filter changing and service thereof;Oiling and greasing;Belt adjusting or replacement;Cleaning of cooling towers coils, evaporator and condenser tubes.High School Diploma or equivalent; HVAC system maintenance experience is desired but not required;Valid Drivers license;Good verbal and written communications.This is a Bargaining Unit .All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex.
