- Responsible for compiling, maintaining, and handling cash and credit transactions owed by - customers, vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals for the company.
- Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc, and prepares payments.
-Maintains all payment or other transaction records.
- Processes orders and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required includes:

A minimum high school diploma or its equivalent
A minmum of one year experience in account department or its related field
Acquainted with account preparation and analysis; project leadership skills; interpersonal and communications skills; work effectively with diverse business organizations; resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, team focus; personal computer skills.
