Build sales relationships with Building Material Dealers, Wholesalers, Contractors, and Builders within the region to increase product sales.

Must haves are:

1. Experience selling a value-add product (not in building industry);
2. Ability to articulate go to market strategy;
3. Smart, driven, assertive.

Do NOT want candidates with:

1. Primary selling experience in cost or relationship based selling;
2. General building material sales experience;
3. Pharmaceutical Sales experience in most recent position.

We are looking for someone who lives in Chattanooga.
Territory is Chattanooga, TN area south to Dalton, Georgia.
Will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Car, fuel, maintenance paid for.
Very good benefits and 401k matching.

Must have a 4 year degree.
Want a relationship based person and strategic seller.

Selling a value add product, not a service or commodity oriented product.
Combination of a hunter and farmer, not shotgun but targeted sales.

Experience using a CRM like Salesforce.

Not interested in most candidates from the building materials industry.
