Second To None has teamed up with a local bank in your area and we have mystery shops available.
The purpose of your visit is to anonymously observe and interact with the representatives at the Chemical Bank branch you visit to ensure they are meeting their service standard goals.


SCENARIO INFORMATION

DRIVE-THRU TELLER SHOP:
*You cannot complete assignments at any branch you regularly bank with and/or have visited for personal business in the past two months.

1. Bank Customer: Pull into any service terminal and ask to do one of the following cash a check made out to you for any amount, make a deposit into your account, or withdraw money from your account in any amount.

Non Bank Customer: If you are a non-customer – ask to cash a check from another bank made out to you for any amount.

2. Make note of exactly what the associate said as you will need to summarize the information in the comment section of your report.

3. You must get the name of the teller if visible. If the name is not visible, provide a description of the teller.

4. You must provide a detailed account of the conversation in Q38. Be specific in describing what the
teller said to you i.e. greeting, parting statement, information regarding your account or transaction, etc. Reports lacking detailed commentary about the transaction cannot be accepted.

5. Count the number of service lanes open and the number of cars in line waiting for service.

6. Count the number of cars in line waiting for service.

• Time of Day: Monday-Friday during business hours
• Payment and Scenario:
$9 In Bank Teller Shop

$7 Drive Thru teller shop
• Evaluation: make observations of the financial center inside and out, make sure employees are properly dress and knowledgeable
• Shop is expected to take 10-15 minutes
