Part-time Clinical Research Assistant


Comprehensive Cancer Cell Diagnostics, LLC (CCCD) is actively integrating discoveries in diagnostic, therapeutic, and information technologies to create innovative approaches to cancer disease management and enhance the quality of life for cancer patients. Our strategy includes personalized treatment regimens for individual cancer patients established through drug response guides for the selection of effective chemotherapies—increasing life quality and decreasing cost by appropriate drug choice. Currently we are seeking to hire a part-time Clinical Research Assistant to provide research support for a clinical trial.


Work to be Performed

Locate and collect information and data from patient charts and records. This will involve travel to one or two hospitals in a collaborative network. The ability to work independently is essential.

The employee working in this position is expected to establish and maintain open channels of professional communication between the hospitals and CCCD.

This is a casual position requiring the employee to work from 5-10 hours a week on a flexible schedule.

Special Requirements

1. Ability to establish work priorities and handle several procedures simultaneously.
2. Must interact with other individuals/departments.
3. Familiar with HIPAA guidelines
4. Must protect patient confidentiality at all times.

Education/Training

Requires Associate Degree in Nursing or registration in a Nursing Diploma program. Clinical nursing classes or clinical experience a plus.

Salary

$20 – 25 / hr depending on experience / education
