Suburban health system in Chicago seeks a superstar, a change agent in their Director of Emergency Services role. One will be responsible for 60 FTE's, all financial and operational outcomes in this trauma center with over 40,000 budgeted visits for 2009.

One must possess an IL RN license (or eligible), CPR/ACLS and BSN required. Minimum of five years experience as Emergency Department leadership plus five years experience as an Emergency Department Nurse. MSN, CEN are preferred.
