Assists in the development of market area strategic and discretionary investment plans.Develops and manages market area one and three-year order forecasts based on market area strategy, pursuit, and capture plans. Develops and manages market area annual discretionary budget, including Bid and Proposal (B&P), Internal Research & Development (IR&D), and selling. Provides quantitative assessment with forecast of gross and net order potential (including Pgo and Pwin).Technical Skills:Understanding of worldwide industrial base.
