As the Director of CCU, you will have 24 hour responsibility for the unit and be accountable for the nursing management of the CCU/ER unit to assure delivery of quality care for the well being of patients on the unit. As a registered nurse you will serve as a clinical and professional role model and consultant within the CCU/ER nursing unit. Responsibility for maintaining a positive clinical environment to promote cohesiveness within the unit, department, and organization. Actively participates in hospital-wide committees and demonstrates a leadership style that supports and directs staff while fostering participative, autonomous, and achievement-oriented behavior. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of nursing experience with a Bachelors in Nursing and licensed by the Montana State Board of Nurse Examiners. Must be available to work variable hours, nights, days, or weekends as required by staffing needs.
