Requirements ::At least 5 years experience working with commodity trading organizations to design and implement front-to-back office solutions, where solutions encompasses people/talent, business processes, technology and data management.At least 5 years of direct experience with the front-to-back business requirements across multiple commodities, including the following:  crude and oil products, natural gas, electricity, base metals, emissions Preferred Skills: Proven track record of others viewing the candidate as a specialist, internal and/or external to candidate's organizationAn understanding of the business performance metrics influenced by trading.
