Responsibilities and Requirements : The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with 15 years experience with bridge inspections, analysis and the design of bridges and highway structures. Candidates must be a licensed engineer in Maryland and possess at least 5 years of managerial experience. A PE in VA, DC and PA are a plus. Experience working with Maryland State agencies, local jurisdictions and the City of Baltimore is desirable. Experience with codes and SHA standards are a must. The candidate should also have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. A strong background writing proposals and winning structural work is required. This position will have P&L responsibilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality of work product is a must.
