Responsibilities and Requirements : A law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Law and Securities Associate with 5-10 years of solid experience preferably with a large regional or national firm with outstanding training and experience in as many of the following areas as possible: general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/private equity; corporate finance/credit facilities/bank debt deals, and securities (at least private securities offerings). The candidate should have substantial drafting and negotiations experience including experience running or at least second-chairing deals. Tax background is a plus. Excellent academic performance with strong writing and analytical skills are required.
