We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team in Ogden Utah.Provide Database Administration (DBA) and technical support for Oracle databases on a large 24x7 client installation. Functions to include, but are not limited to; creating new Oracle databases; migration of new application upgrades; apply periodic Oracle CPUs; maintain current security posture; troubleshoot and diagnose critical customer applications, support system and vendor software, monitor and tune Oracle instances and applications, perform Oracle rdbms software upgrades, installations and maintenance. Participate in and adhere to strict change management (CM) processes.Provide application support, to include; planning projects, evaluating test results and providing suggestions to client management for systems improvements and efficiencies. Implement industry hardening requirements and ensure application functionality.Candidates for this position must undergo a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation as a minimum investigation. The SSBI will be maintained current within 5-years and requests for Special Background Periodic Review will be initiated 6-months prior to the 5-year anniversary date of the previous SSBI or SBPR.Technical & Behavioral Skills.

Requirements :The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Oracle DataBase Administration experience and a Bachelors Degree in an IT field.
