Responsibilities : The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and development of learning programs and materials. This position will work collaboratively with other members of the Learning and Development team.

Requirements :Bachelor Degree required. Master degree or equivalent learning experience in Training & Development, Leadership, or a plus. of 3 years of experience in instructional design. Experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality industry a plus.Demonstrated ability to use standard instructional design methods and adult learning theory to develop learning materials.Demonstrated ability to develop detailed instructional design documents that include learning objectives, content sequence, and evaluation methods.Experience developing learner-centered instructional materials and job aids for classroom, self-study, and computer-based delivery.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to completion in a timely and accurate manner and to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.Strong follow-through skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills.Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to work well both independently and with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint and intermediate skills in Excel.Experience with Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or other rapid e-learning authoring tools and/or RoboHelp a plus.Experience with video editing and creation of training videos a plus.
