Responsibilities : Change Manager is wholly responsible for the creation and execution of an organizational change management plan for a global COTS business application deployment. The Change Manager defines the change management strategy, scope, plan, and schedule. The change manager participates in, and conducts technical training programs; determines training objectives; writes training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, schedules and designs laboratory exercises. Will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the communications plan for the program. Will have to create a base outreach and impact plan in coordination of the program.

Requirements : Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of technical experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. . Skills: Developing and executing organizational change management plans - 4 years Creating a training program from the ground up 4 years Developing a communication plan 2 years Secret (Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
