As an Underwriter in Commercial Real Estate, you will evaluate the credit worthiness and management capabilities of the borrower/guarantor, the real estate collateral securing the proposed loan, and adequacy of the loan structure for transactions and or relationships. You will analyze the underlying property, the surrounding market and demographic area as well as the financial strength and experience of the borrower/guarantor. Your role will be responsible for all aspects of a proposed loan from the time the borrower executes the term sheet through closing. For loans held on the balance sheet your role will also involve portfolio management such as covenant monitoring and underwriting associated with periodic reviews and/or modifications, renewals or extensions of credit.

Requirements :, The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business with finance or accounting concentration.2-5 years of hands-on real estate experience with specific experience in any one or a combination of (1) real estate lending/credit/underwriting, (2) real estate acquisitions, (3) dispositions, (4) property management,C35 (5) real estate appraisals, (6) real estate market research.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills. is committed to offering you a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
