Responsibilities and Requirements : Job Description: Executes plans on how to establish and maintain major account relationships and develop a business plan for each account; Establish and build strong relationships with key customers; Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs; Generating and follow-up on leads and conducting sales presentations; Assist management in developing and communicating overall sales direction and market strategy; Monitor competitor activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated; Responsive and attentive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Other projects as assigned.

Requirements :Post Secondary education in a related field preferred; plus a minimum of five years experience, preferably in the architectural hardware industry) Essential skill requirements include relationship building, contract management Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment; Detail oriented with the ability to analyze and identify sales opportunities, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment; Possess effective written and oral communication.
