Responsibilities : The Director will analyze and support the analysis of the credit quality of a portfolio of companies in the mortgage insurance, title insurance and property/casualty insurance sectors.The ratings process involves business and financial analysis; the identification of industry risk factorsManaging discussions with insurance company managementPerforming financial modeling including forecasts and sensitivity analysis and maintaining surveillance on a portfolio of mortgage, title, and property/casualty insurersAnalysts are required to develop industry knowledge; respond to queries from investors, media and issuers; prepare presentations for rating committees and publish ratings commentaries and rationales.The Director will be required to learn internal systems that support the ratings process.Contribute to the development of ratings criteria, initiate outreach activities with investors and intermediaries and participate in a continual learning environment.Considerable experience in performing credit analysis of mortgage, title and property/casualty companies, or the products thereof is required. Ten plus years of experience in Credit /Financial Analysis Experience.Insurance, Financial Services or relevant Industry ExperienceThe ability to influence constituenciesA.

Requirements :MBA, CPA or CFA.Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and quantitative skillsThe ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Ten plus years of experience in Credit /Financial Analysis Experience.Insurance, Financial Services or relevant Industry ExperienceThe ability to influence constituenciesA strong candidate will have obtained one or more of the following designations: ACAS, MBA, CPA or CFA.Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and quantitative skillsThe ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
