Responsibilities : Specific job duties will include but not be limited to the following:Operation of color and black and white reprographics equipment, bindery equipment, and industrial sized cutting materials and drills; collating and binding; fulfillment duties such as inserting materials into envelopes and other containers, folding, shrink wrapping. Receiving and reviewing customer work orders, perform basic equipment maintenance, making pick-ups and deliveries. Record job data in logs or other forms as appropriate; perform data entry, maintain inventory supplies. Understand and respond to customer needs and requests, assist end-users in basic functionality of copy equipment.

Requirements :. A high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs.
