Responsibilities : We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. : - Partner with finance, reporting, sales leadership & operations group to construct a deeper drilldown and analysis into sales performance issues seen during busy season - Assist in dashboard reports outlining ongoing performance across sites and channels. Identify trends and outliers seen, synthesize the information into a conclusion and make a recommendation for action. - Use a six sigma based approach to develop a deeper insight into metrics that are key drivers into sales performance. Involve relevant groups to drive change into the business, across internal teams and external outsourcer level, driven by dashboard results and analyses. - Liaison with the Business Intelligence Team to prioritize service delivery reporting projects and act as an additional resource for reporting projects.

Requirements :Six sigma background, green belt certification preferred - Ability to conduct a statistical analysis and answer business questions based on relevant models - Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills (written and oral) - Demonstrated ability to use spreadsheets and Access databases and working with large data sets. Visual programming a plus - understanding of contact center tactical operations - understanding of forecasting and staffing to identify areas of opportunity - to advanced knowledge of the Minitab or similar statistical software - Ability to work with a wide range of people at various levels - Ability to lead and influence change - Self starter with high level of enthusiasm.
