Responsibilities : Subcontracts Manager to support design and development Subcontractor Statements of Work, negotiate subcontract agreements and NDAs during Proposal Development and Project Execution. Experience in program management and subcontractor management for DoD and government contracts is highly desired.

Requirements : Bachelor degree in business or a related discipline. Masters degree preferred. of 8 years of demonstrated experience managing programs and or subcontracts for DoD and Federal Government organizations. Min 3 years experience with fixed price programs.Leads the negotiations and execution of large, complex proposals and purchases. Activities include managing purchased elements in the development of requests for proposals, leading efforts to secure internal corporate level and Government customer reviews and approvals, performing risk identification, avoidance, and mitigation, and interacting with business development, pricing, contracts, and BU procurement management in the development of procurement strategy. Works on highly complex problems and exercises high degree of independent judgment. Ensures that budget, schedules, compliance, and performance requirements are met. Proactively solicit information from key stakeholders both within organization as well as from external stakeholders using a variety of data gathering techniques (emails, meetings, one-on-one or group interviews) to ensure a comprehensive data sample.
