Responsibilities and Requirements : Stacker Operators are responsible for count, stack and lift of corrugated boxes, sheets and bundles (may weigh up to 50 pounds).Inspect for quality/accurately complete reports, waste control and perform housekeeping.Individuals in this position must work cooperatively with other associates and productively with little supervision. Following company safety policies and procedures is of great importance to this position.Major Tasks, and Key AccountabilitiesFollows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.Works cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates in order to complete tasks.Provides and inspires outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner. Maintains condition of roll room and/or warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc).Additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must have at least 6 months manufacturing experience.Must be able to work shift work.Must be able to communicate efficiently both oral and written.Must be able to work in a team environment.Must be able to pass a drug test and remain drug free.Must be able to work in a hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment.Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.Must be willing to work around dust, oil, grease, chemicals, and other substances.Must be willing to adhere to safety rules and regulations.Must be willing to wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, bump camps, hearing protection, safety shoes, etc.Must be willing to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for an extended period of time (lifting, walking, climbing, stooping) with or without a reasonable accommodation.Must be willing to work in high and/or confined spaces.
