More information is available at WirelessGenerationEarly Literacy Research AssistantJob Description Early Literacy Research Assistant:We are looking for 5 individuals to help collect data for an early literacy research project. Successful applicants will help code miscues on elementary student running records. Rigorous training on coding the miscues will be provided. All coding will be conducted within 2 weeks in November. Applicants must be available to attend a paid 3 hour (est.) training workshop held in New York City in November. Current students or recent graduates in elementary education-related majors, and retired elementary teachers are encouraged to apply. All applicants will be required to complete a background check as a condition of employment. Organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are a must.
