Job description:
The ONE Program is a global initiative to revolutionize Our Client’s supply chain processes and systems. Our energetic team consists of approximately 50 people representing the technical and business sides of a variety of business functions, including Transition Management, Project Management, Planning, Finance, Order Management, and Fulfillment.
Describe what the ETW will be doing in this role:
•Assist with daily status communication to ONE Program stakeholders
•Support with maintenance of program email lists & intranet sites
•Liaison with Transition Managers for maintenance of stakeholder lists and general communications support
•Compose and edit content for ONE Program monthly newsletter
•Assist in creative direction and development of new and engaging promotional materials, campaigns, activities, and events
•Assist in creative direction and development of engaging promotional collateral for ONE Program milestones and events
•Assist with pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production of promotional videos
Describe the Key Projects/Deliverables associated with this role:
•Daily & weekly status reports
•Monthly newsletter
•Promotional videos
•Logistics and event support for ONE Program events
Skills/Roles Required for this Position:
Top Must Have:
•Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
•Demonstrated creative/conceptual skills in the development and execution of communication/marketing programs.
•Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines
•Experience influencing people in a large organization
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
•Working knowledge of Adobe CS3 (or equivalent design software)
•2 years website design & administration experience (in lieu of an equivalent degree)
•2 years graphic design experience (in lieu of an equivalent degree)
•Ability to work long, irregular hours, including weekends and holidays at times
•Experience in Our Client Operations or as a Our Client change agent is strongly preferred
Nice to Have/Highly Desired, but not required:
•Experience with current multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Flash & Dreamweaver)
•Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint 2007 sites
•At least 1 year experience planning and/or supporting events with 100+ attendees
