Responsibilities : Skilled with MS Office product suite, including MS Project and Access. Mainframe and file analysis experience is a plus. Ability to lead cross-functional partners with varying levels of experience and skill sets; Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Extremely flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and assignments. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Must be organized and very detail oriented.

Requirements : Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in PBM business, health insurance business, healthcare, or Healthcare Information Technology.
