Responsibilities : Promotes productivity by following up with employees on work results.Plans and implements warehouse and storage layout according to raw and salvage inventory andsupplies needed.Works effectively and communicates with Goodwill departments as needed.Complies with all Goodwill policies and safety procedures, ensures that the building and surroundingpremises are kept clean and free of safety hazard, and that safety procedures are understood andfollowed by all employeesMaintains equipment according to recommend procedures and policiesSchedules and maintains periodic inventoriesContracts, works and reports outside vendors for services and/or supplies not provided by headquarterswith in company policyInterview, assist with hiring, evaluate and discipline employeesResolves workplace problems by addressing issues that impact employee performance and productivityPrepare reports by collecting, documenting and summarizing informationComplete projects by planning, organizing and monitoring assignmentsHolds regular departmental meetingsEnsures GII compliance and updatesMust be cross trained in all areas of the Outlet retail operationsEnsure the maintenance of all mechanical equipment according to recommended proceduresWorks in tandem with Regional Manager and Director of Transportation to ensure quality service to allstores and donation sitesPerforms other duties as assigned.

Requirements :High School Diploma or Equivalent. College degree preferred.Experience:3 years experience leading team in warehouse environmentKnowledge of production and warehouse facilities requiredExperience with basic accounting practices and bookkeepingStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenCustomer Service skillsSpecific .Knowledge/Licenses:Valid WA Driver's licenseForklift CertificationQuick books softwareEssential Physical Abilities:Lifting and carrying 30-40 pounds; Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects withfingers)Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders; standing for longperiods of timeAble to travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain)Extended standing on hard surfaces; sitting for moderately long periods.
