Responsibilities : Under administrative direction, the Project Manager I will lead an effort to head up the projects listed below: #1 - 1)22 Fillmore, 33 Stanyan:  The project is currently under construction and will replace the existing poles and overhead system on 16th Street between South Van Ness and Potrero Avenue;2) Green Roof Replacement:  The scope of work for the project includes replacing the roof at Green Facility.  A more detail scope of work will be developed during the CER phase of the project; 3) Pole Survey and Assessment:  The condition of existing poles throughout the system on major lines is being evaluated as part of this study and recommendations will be made as part of the final report; 4) Bernal Substation:  The project will replace the traction power feeder at Bernal Substation, new feeder circuits will be placed and new conduits outside of the Substation will be built; and 5)performs other duties as required. #2 1) Woods Lift (Phase II):  The project is the 2nd phase of a program, replacing the remainder of the existing lifts at Woods Facility; 2) Woods Lift (Phase I):  The project replaces the existing lifts and a few fall protection systems at Woods Facility;3)Trans Bay Temporary Terminal Overhead Relocation:  SFMTA staff will work with Trans Bay Terminal in order to temporarily relocate the existing overhead Muni facility at Trans Bay to a nearby location while construction of the new terminal will be in progress; 4) Twin Peaks Tunnel Rail Replacement:  The existing tracks at Twin Peaks tunnel will be replaced on both inbound and outbound directions as part of the overall Rail Replacement Program to improve reliability of the system and increase on-time performance; 5) Transit Operator Convenience Station (Phase 4):  The project is the 4th phase of an on-going program to build new operator restrooms at different locations; and 6) performs other duties as required.

Requirements :1.Possession of a bachelor degree in architecture, engineering or planning plus four years of responsible architectural, engineering or construction management experience; OR2.Possession of a bachelor degree in another field, plus six (6) years of responsibleexperience in a field directly related to the project; OR3.Eight (8) years of architectural, engineering, or construction management experience in a field directly related to the project; OR4.Californiaregistration as professional engineer or architect.
