Responsibilities : Line of Business Pricing Studies - determine indicated rate change on overall and targeted basis, present results to management in written and oral manner. Lines include all those written within the group. - Among these are: E & S Casualty, Ocean & Inland Marine, Commercial Package. - Develop and enhance existing pricing models. - Provide actuarial support to optimize reinsurance purchasing. - Monitor and report on rate changes and overall rate adequacy. - Perform rate filings on as needed basis. - Perform ad-hoc projects at request of CUO and management. - Support development of groupwide capital allocation model.

Requirements : five years of casualty actuarial pricing experience, marine pricing experience a plus. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficient in Excel, Visual , Access. - 3 actuarial exams. - BA or BS degree. - Work is on site not at home.
