Responsibilities : This position will work closely with senior Health Plan and Delivery System leaders in putting these plans together. This position consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility ('s Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to the applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and 's policies and procedures. In addition, Regional leaders are accountable for communication, implementation, enforcement, monitoring and oversight of compliance policies and practices in their departments. In addition to defined technical requirements, accountable for consistently demonstrating service behaviors and principles defined by the Service Quality Credo, the KP Mission as well as specific departmental/organizational initiatives. Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors. Accountabilities: (List of 4 - 6 primary responsibilities, not activities, in their order of importance

Requirements : Develops long range strategic plan, 3-5 years business plan including both operating and capital plans to support region's strategic goals. 2. Develops and conducts business case/investment proposal for region's strategic projects. 3. Coordinates and develops the identified performance improvement and strategic opportunities for the region and builds business cases for pursuing them. 4. Provides necessary support to the region's leadership in developing comprehensive service delivery plans, including ambulatory facility plans and ancillary support plans. BA/BS Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required. . MBA or CPA or relevant experience preferred. Requirement - Relevant Years of Experience: . Eight of progressive experience in health care or managed care which includes business planning, strategic planning, budgeting, or internal consulting required.
